I'm trying to post from work (holidays are over :-( ) but my posts from here
seem to be "invisible" to the outside world. Anyone who can see this post,
please post a response. Otherwise don't ;-) I reported the fault to our IT
guys and they say it should be fixed now.

Well you're asking two different things. I did say "aye",
but not having voice operated commands on my computer, nothing
happened.

Then I posted repsonses to other messages, which probably didn't
do you any good either, but I did post a response as asked.

Finally I decided on my own it might be helpful if I responded
to your post.

I did note that you didn't put a limit on the number of responses,
should this mean that literally everyone who can read this post
should respond? (Hmm, how many uses view this newsgroup?).

JEFF!! Semantics aside.... your response indicates the end of a several
month long problem, so whatever nasty things you have to say.... I'm happy
