I finally beat this...it would have been nice if the game made it clear
what the goal was.

It most certainly does explain. Here's a clue though. Just avoid getting
busted for 5 mins.

Honestly man, it's just a game. If you can't beat that challenge, then
I suggest you leave it be a while and then play it again later. It
helps to keep your mind off it. The whole game can be done perfectly
without cheating at all.
